Radin on a Roll

The major problem to enforcing ebm [evidence-based medicine], as we discussed, is the lack of a digital, universally formatted med record for everyone. Think what we could do with data!

But, too many don't want anyone knowing what is really going on and its an expensive proposition. but i will bet that a business plan would show that relative to what would be saved, the emr is a terrific investment. maybe someone could convince the big payers, the insur co's and the govt, to pay pro-rated shares of the cost to get it done. how serious would you be to try and start that ball rolling?
