Not the usual post, however, I had the chance to view some of the glass art of Paul Stankard at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum today. Nothing short of spectacular. I've included a photo of his work entitled "Pineland Pickeral Weed Orb with Honeycomb and Honeybees". And, as the artist notes, most days, at the end of the day he is not happy, rather anxious and stressed by his work. Paul's work borders on an obsession. Not so for us...pleasure.
